A mission is given to Jacob to remove (an assassin’s term for assassination) a target, and very quickly things unravel and Jacob realizes all is not as it appears. After a wild goosechase to heart of Alaska, Jacob soon realizes that the one person he can trust is his father Alexander, or can he? This novel is very well written to include such an expansive storyline in a story not overly long or complex. It delves into all kinds of personal issues such as trust and family relations, as well as interpersonal relations, and also gets into conspiracy theories, both religious and non-religious. It also delves deeply into numerous histories, religious and otherwise. A sweeping novel in an easy to read length, tis novel delivers it all and then some. Fantastic!
